Our commercial properties for sale and to let in Scotland, covers a comprehensive range of industrial units and business space including individual office space and office suites, factories, manufacturing units, start up units, warehouses, storage and distribution.

Along with several large development sites in both the retail and housing sectors our property portfolio exceeds 2.5 million square feet situated in a variety of locations across Scotland. The majority of our properties are in the Tayside Region and Angus Council areas but owing to a measured expansion programme we now have commercial properties in Barrhead, Uddingston, Cumbernauld, Newhouse, Livingston and Newbridge. We are expanding our portfolio to cover most of the Central Belt of Scotland including Edinburgh and Glasgow.

The majority of these properties are leased on a flexible system that allows the tenant to grow or downsize without the need to go out to the market and source alternative property.

We have a comprehensive range of commercial and industrial properties from basic industrial starter units to large corporate headquarters with several thousand Sq. ft. of office space. In addition to our existing portfolio of industrial properties we have several large key development sites. These sites are a mixture of industrial, retail and housing development and currently stand in the region of 100 acres. We are currently working with the local authority and end users to build out those developments for occupation.

Our own in house team of 80 quality tradesmen including joiners, electricians, bricklayers and plumbers have a wealth of experience in business space and industrial property refurbishment. Most refurbishment work is undertaken by our expert team and under our direct supervision, ensuring that our tenants receive a first class service at all times.
